01Where is the data hosted?

Exclusively in Germany and France (OVH Cloud). No data flows to the US. Kopexa is immune to the US CLOUD Act.

02Does Kopexa write to my servers?

No. All integrations use strict read-only permissions. Kopexa cannot delete or configure anything, only verify the state (observability).

03What happens if we change consultants?

The Space belongs to the end customer (Org-Owner principle). There is no vendor lock-in. All data is exportable as JSON/CSV.

04Can I import my Excel sheets?

Yes. Our migration assistant allows importing existing assets and risks via drag & drop. You don't start from scratch.
