A long list of small and medium improvements went live. Highlights from this iteration:
SSO without an extra MFA prompt
If your identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace and friends) already enforces MFA, Kopexa no longer asks again on login. Double authentication is security theatre, not security. You land in the app faster, without any drop in your effective security level.
Stakeholders and measures are now directly linked
Until now you could maintain stakeholders and you could maintain measures, but the bridge between them was manual. Each measure now shows its assigned stakeholders, and each stakeholder gets a list of their measures. Whoever is accountable sees right away what is on their plate.
Retention policies show linked information assets
The detail page of a retention policy now lists the information assets it covers. This helps significantly during audits: you immediately demonstrate that your policies are not hanging in space but anchored to concrete data.
More improvements
- Owner/Delegate filter in stakeholder and goal search: faster drill-down by accountability.
- Risk-category delete guard: categories that still have risks attached can no longer be removed by accident.
- Retention policies: the drawer-stacking bug in the detail dialogs is fixed (a strange dialog-inside-drawer combination used to appear).
- Framework Create/Edit: the public/private setting is no longer shown in Space context (it had no effect there anyway).
- Space settings now show correct disabled states for regular members.
- Table action buttons no longer trigger the row click by accident. Clicking "Edit" no longer pushes you to a different page.
- Duplicate reviewers per document are now excluded.
- Inline images in documents are correctly carried over in PDF export.
Review reminders bundled daily
We softened the email flood for review reminders: instead of one email per due review, you now get a daily summary. A smarter variant is already in the works.
