After the BIA launch comes the polish: the latest releases are all about the details that matter day to day. Better review behavior in the BIA, a cleaner document export, invitations in the right language and a whole batch of fixes.
BIA: review behavior, validation and notifications
The business impact analysis has learned a few things. The UI is tidier, validation catches incomplete input earlier, and the review behavior has been reworked. There is also a new notification: if your BIA gets rejected in review, you now receive an email instead of finding out the next time you open Kopexa.
Document export: footer with page number and title
When exporting documents, you can now optionally add a footer with the page number, the document title or both. Especially for policies that go out as PDFs to auditors or employees, the result looks noticeably more finished. We also fixed two export bugs: highlighted text and tables now come through correctly in the exported document.
Vendor assessments: invitations in the right language
When you invite vendors to an assessment, you now pick the language of the invitation email. Your vendor in France gets the invitation in English, your partner in Munich in German.
Integrations on a shared technical foundation
The integrations for Microsoft 365, GitHub and domains now run on the same technical foundation. For you, this mainly means new integrations can be added faster and more easily going forward. The next ones are already in the works.
Assets: new kind "Group" and bug fixes
There is a new asset kind: the group. Use it to bundle related assets, such as a device pool or a system landscape, under a single entry.
Two fixes on top: pagination in the asset list works reliably again, and assets with child assets now show their structure even while you search or filter.
More improvements and fixes
- Findings now show an icon matching their type in both the list and detail view, so you can tell at a glance what you are dealing with.
- Risks with the treatment "avoid" used to be archived automatically and could not be restored. That is fixed: you can bring them back from the archive and change the treatment on archived risks.
- People who were previously deleted can now be recreated with the same email address.
- Importing information assets works again.
- Various bugs in the survey export have been fixed.
