Trust Center is live: trust becomes a product

Your public compliance landing page that takes load off your sales cycle and prepares your audits.

Trust Center is officially here. You can now publish your security and compliance story as a standalone page. The page prospects open before they talk to your sales team.

What is a Trust Center?

A Trust Center is your public-facing compliance summary. On its own URL, you show in one place what prospects, auditors, and existing customers want to know about your security posture:

  • Which frameworks and certifications you meet (ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX, GDPR, and more)
  • Which sub-processors you use and where your data is stored
  • Which active security measures you run (SSO, pen tests, backup strategy)
  • Which documents are available on request (DPAs, SOC 2 reports, audit reports)

Instead of filling in a security questionnaire for every request, you send the link. Instead of 17 emails over three weeks, you explain once what you do and keep it current.

What it changes for you

In the sales cycle. Sales teams often flag compliance questions as a time sink. With a Trust Center, around 70 percent of typical vendor security questions are off the table before the first call. Prospects who need this close faster. Prospects who don't need it click on without blocking you.

At renewals and audits. Existing customers regularly check whether anything about your security posture has changed. A central, always-current Trust Center saves you the renewal security update and a good chunk of audit prep. Auditors get a permanent source instead of having to collect updated spreadsheets every time.

In external positioning. Trust Centers are now standard in B2B SaaS. Not having one signals "we don't take compliance seriously". With an active Trust Center you automatically position yourself among vendors who communicate their security posture openly.

Wired into the navigation

Trust Center now sits in the main navigation. People working in your workspace are one click away. People arriving from outside get their own public URL.

Backend stabilized

Behind the scenes we fixed the Process Review worker, which occasionally let reviews stall. Document version reviews were also reworked so review steps now flow through correctly.

Smaller polish

  • Breadcrumb invalidation when moving documents into other folders: after the move, the breadcrumb shows the correct path immediately instead of waiting for a reload.
  • Kopexa logos on the 404 page are back where they belong.
  • Several UI components got small fixes you do not see directly but feel in daily use.

What you can do next

If you have not activated Trust Center yet: one click in the navigation is enough. Insert a template, add your own content, publish. The preview shows you live what your visitors will see.
