Document management got a serious upgrade. Three features that regulated industries have been asking for.
Confidentiality levels for every document
You can now set a confidentiality level on every document. Levels are managed centrally under Settings → Categories and Confidentiality (the tab used to be called just "Categories"). This makes it visible at a glance which content is strictly confidential and which can be shared freely, without anyone having to read the text first.
Archive instead of delete for published documents
Published documents can no longer be accidentally deleted. They move to the archive instead, with its own tab in the list view so you keep the overview of what is historical and what is active. From a compliance standpoint, this is the clean solution: nothing is lost, everything stays audit-proof.
See older versions, not just guess
Through the dropdown in the View page and the version badge, you can now jump directly into any previous version of a document. This is not just comfort, it is an audit requirement: reviewers often want to see the version that was valid on a specific date.
NISG-2026-AT measure mapping
For Austrian customers: the measure mapping now supports nisg-2026-at, the Austrian NIS2 implementation law. If you operate in Austria and need to prepare for the national variant, the matching cross-mapping is now in your measure catalog.
What else got better
- Wrong recipient name on organization transfer is fixed.
- Permissions for regular Space members across several entities were corrected.
- Trust Center settings are now capped at 1200px max, so what you configure matches the live preview exactly.
