This iteration ships a new Space role and smooths out several spots that used to nag in daily use.
New Space role: Viewer
You can now add people to a Space as pure observers. Viewers see everything they should see and cannot change anything by accident. The right fit for auditors, external reviewers, or executives who want a safe read-only view.
We pulled the permission checks across the entire platform to make this work. If you spot a place where Viewer access is not enforced properly, let us know.
Measures: clean evidence removal
Removing evidence from a measure now gives you the choice: just unlink the document, or clean up the document itself at the same time. Depending on the document status, you can delete or archive it, all from the measure workflow.
More improvements
- Stakeholder communication channels can now be added reliably.
- KPI target values now accept 0 and negative values, useful for reduction targets.
- Measure implementation date can now be removed entirely, not just changed.
- Task detail and preview views now correctly show the linked measure.
