Digital Services Act

Effective since January 1, 2026

This page contains important information about Kopexa's compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC) ("DSA").

Kopexa supports regulations such as the DSA, which were introduced to prevent illegal and harmful activities online and to promote a safe and trustworthy online environment.

Single point of contact

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Kopexa has designated dsa-poc@kopexa.com as its single point of contact.

This address can be used for direct communication regarding the application of the DSA by: users based in the European Union (EU), the European Commission, competent authorities of the Member States, and the European Board for Digital Services.

The preferred languages for communication are English or German.

Please include in your message: your full name, if applicable the name of the EU authority on whose behalf you are contacting us, and a valid email address for replies.

Reporting illegal content

If you are based in the EU and see content hosted through Kopexa that you consider illegal in your jurisdiction, you can report it to us at dsa-report@kopexa.com.

Your report must include the following: your first and last name, your email address, if you are acting on behalf of an organization the name of the organization, your role and confirmation that you are authorized to act on behalf of the organization, the specific URL(s) or exact location of the content and a detailed description of the illegal content, an explanation of why you consider the content illegal including sufficient evidence, and any other information relevant to our review, as well as a statement that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

Upon receipt of your report, Kopexa will review the case and take appropriate action where necessary. Kopexa may share these reports with relevant third parties if required for further investigation. We will inform you of the outcome of our review by email.
